The mission of this role will be to support sales with effective and valuable trade marketing initiatives that lay the ground for the sales force activities, maximize sales, grow the salons business, increase the end-clients’ satisfaction and elevate the brand image and sustainability.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Support execution and follow-up of the Local Master Plan and go-to-market strategy.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and contribute to strategic tool development.
Pricing & Market Intelligence
Assist in setting local prices and maintaining price lists.
Analyze competitor pricing, product mix, sales data, and perform ad hoc market analyses.
Trade Marketing & Promotions
Develop and adapt local sales and promotional tools.
Support incentive programs and manage promotional budgets.
Ensure consistency with global templates and support local initiatives.
Communication & Online channels
Support communication plan development and execution.
Monitor social media, PR activities, and assist with agency coordination and website updates.
Local E-commerce & E-retailers support.
Sales Forecasting & Analytics
Contribute to sales forecasting and launch planning (tools, promos, prospecting kits).
Sell-in & sell-out, product mix and ad hoc performance analysis.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare reports and track performance across relevant areas of responsibility.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field or similar role
Strong knowledge of beauty industry (professional haircare market)
Decision Making capacity, Leadership & Management Skills
Problem solving and “make things happen” ability
Ability to think critically, creatively and to quickly react to environmental changes
Team player
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
