Your tasks
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead and implement local HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and comply with relevant regulations. This role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business goals and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead the planning and implementation of health and wellness programs.

Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to ensure excellence across key HR areas, including:
- Talent Acquisition
- Internal Communications
- Employee Development
- Labor Relations
- Offboarding & Payroll
- Compensation & Benefits / HR Services
- Occupational Health
- HR Consulting (including other Automotive locations in Jacutinga, Guarulhos and Itapevi)
- Act as a coach and mentor to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Additional role coordinating Brazil Aumovio HR related topics.
- Interface with headquarter in Germany.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing diverse HR functions.
- Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in both Human Resources and Health-related areas.

- Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
- Offboarding & Dismissal Processes
- HR Operations
- Compensation & Benefits
- Internal Communication
- Labor Relations & Employment Law
- Compliance with company-specific policies and local regulations
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, global environments.
- Strong negotiation skills in contexts of indirect leadership, fostering influence and alignment without formal authority.
