iiPay has a unique opportunity for a motivated Inside Sales Associate who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility of prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires being responsible for using multiple sources to prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to support the US sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify new business prospects from both outbound and inbound marketing leads, generating New Business sales opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives - achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and leads.
- Assist in marketing content creation including campaigns, newsletter, posts, etc. to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn about our product, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to prospects.
What are we looking for in you?
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.) and strong understanding of marketing strategies/tactics.
- Proven track record for obtaining revenue and operational targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills along with a dynamic approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
