Position Overview
Implements strong finance projects and ideas across LATAM to drive growth and profitability.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & identifying main business key business indicators (KPIs Tools).
- Design plans also follow up implementation.
- Routines within local team and bottler to accelerate commercial plans (accelerators).
- Plan and schedule main project activities.
- Interact with stakeholders to guarantee deliverables and follow-up plans.
- Build presentations to support the project progress
- Analyse and follow up the execution of the water´s plan we have developed and create for Colombia and also trough this analysis understands and provide some points of view of what´s working and what´s not to adjust the plan in an agile way
- Tracking and analytics of results KPIs (Share, Vol, Big Bets); 2. Identify opportunities based on our main K&I tools; 3. Plan and schedule main LRP activities; 4. Interact with stakeholders to guarantee LRP
- Data Analytics to find opportunities behind Big Bets / Provide support to establish strategy and action plans behind it.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum Required Bachelor's degree in progress
- University in Business Administration/Management
Related Work Experience:
- Experience is not required.

- Project management skills, with clear understanding on how projects contribute to business success
- Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills,
- Problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.
