Role Objective
This role will be working with the Finance Systems & Design (FS&P) and Finance and Supply Chain business teams focused on the Purchase to Pay process and Tax requirements for this process for systems and solutions in SAP.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Manage team responsible for SAP MM and Inbound Tax processes.
The role requires working with Financial and Supply users understanding the business requirements to implement system solutions in SAP (S4/Hana).
It also requires support for Procurement to Pay teams to support correct Finance transactions recorded in SAP.
Manage the SAP-MM and Inbound Tax team for Growth projects and improvements preparing and control plan execution.
Monitoring system to ensure correct document creations and working on recurrent issues.
Support running team on escalation on run tickets.
Co-create solutions with business users, as well as to recommend and perform improvements in order to improve performance.
Design and participate in solutions applicable in internal or other systems (Like Coupa, Concur, SAP Payroll, etc.).
Apply the use of good design practices, design documentation, implementation and time management (delivery control).

Candidate Wishlist:
Have complete higher education in Technology, Accounting, Business Administration or related companies or careers, master the Spanish language and desire the Portuguese language.
SAP-MM and Inbound Taxes expertises and experience to lead SAP implementation projects are prerequisites for this role.
Desirable knowledge SAP system to identify issues based on transaction analysis to help it on Functional Specifications preparation.
Have experience in project planning for initiatives (improvements) or projects, as well as use of tools (e.g. JIRA) for managing them.
