Key activities
Support in the maintenance and updating of IMS documents and records (procedures, instructions, forms, indicators).
Assist in the monitoring of action plans and non-conformities dealings.
Support in the preparation of internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or other certifications).
Support on consolidation of quality, environment, health, and safety indicators.
Assist in awareness campaigns and internal trainings on IMS.
Support in projects of continuous improvement, sustainability and safety culture.
Loads of new documents on the SoftExpert platform.
Creation of new approval flows for new documents in the SoftExpert system.
Monthly consolidation of the indicators of the management plan.
Load of non-conformities of external and Internal ISO audits in the SoftExpert system.
Support in the planning of audits (scheduling).
Support in the planning of SGI training.
Accounting for SGI training hours.
Formatting of SGI Operational Instructions.
Maintenance of the SGI, SoftExpert and PryData pages.
Creation of Requisition/Purchase Orders in the SAP System.
Assist in Go Live SoftExpert (Execute document approval flow).
Assist in Go Live SoftExpert (Receipt and Publication of documents).
Assist in Go Live SoftExpert (Level 3 document, mapping and load last 2 versions).
