Team Overview

Job Responsibilities:1. Participate in the monitoring and analysis of operational activity effectiveness, regularly generate reports, and propose optimization suggestions.2. Assist the team in conducting market research to understand the core needs of merchants and users, explore business growth opportunities, and provide effective input for the team's strategy iteration.3. Engage in cross-team project collaboration, support communication needs including meetings and translation, and help drive projects forward efficiently.

Role Qualifications

Graduação (Bacharelado) completa ou em andamento; experiência prévia em operações é um diferencial.Domínio proficiente do Português como língua de trabalho; excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais são obrigatórias.Baseado(a) em São Paulo ou Pequim; estudantes atualmente em São Paulo são preferenciais.Possuir ótimo raciocínio lógico, forte capacidade de aprendizado e proatividade para trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico.Preferência por candidatos disponíveis para um estágio de 3 meses. Estagiários(as) com destaque terão a oportunidade de receber uma proposta de efetivação.

Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or higher; Prior experience in operations is a plus.2. Must be proficient in Portuguese as a working language; strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.3. Based in São Paulo/Beijing; current students in São Paulo are preferred.4. Possess excellent logical thinking, strong learning abilities, and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.5. Candidates available for a 3 month internship are preferred. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer.
