We are seeking a proactive and responsible Product Manager - Vice President with a strong technical background in product and project management. The candidate will oversee the cash management products journey (from specification and launching to day to day support), ensuring they align with market demands and regulatory standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, with a focus on transactional products.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and technology partners.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Customer and Market Engagement:
- Actively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
- Product Development and Launch:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Monitor product performance based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that payment products comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt products accordingly.
- Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to sales teams and customer service representatives.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to payment products.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Encourage the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance payment solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with transactional products (cash management).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
