Randstad is currently seeking a Recruitment Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work model based in São Paulo. This is a high-impact position focused primarily on high-volume recruitment execution, requiring adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Position: Tech Recruiter

As the RPO Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions. You will play a key role in aligning with hiring managers, adapting to shifting priorities, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes that align with our client’s values and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment – from intake with hiring managers to offer acceptance – using structured tools and reporting systems.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment across various roles, managing multiple tasks and shifting demands daily.
  • Quickly adapt to evolving workflows and priorities while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and well-organized hiring processes.
  • Support client satisfaction by consistently delivering timely and well-executed recruitment services.
  • Safeguard the client’s employer brand by aligning recruitment practices with corporate values.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements using innovative tools and technologies in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, including at least 1 year focused on technical roles
  • Languages:
    • Required: Portuguese and English
    • Preferred: Spanish
