Overview
Irish Recruitment Company is looking for someone located in Brazil to work remotely from home, Monday to Friday, 5am to 1pm (Brazil time and 9am to 5pm, Irish time). The candidate must be fluent/advanced in English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct sourcing activities to attract top talent for various roles.
- Engage in proactive business development to expand the company’s client base.
- Leverage technology and IT tools to enhance recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
- Utilize effective interviewing techniques to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Communicate fluently in Spanish, Portuguese, and English with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements within the recruitment database.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and changes in recruitment practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong customer-centric skills to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Proven business development capabilities with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Experience in sourcing candidates effectively across various platforms.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English languages.
- IT savvy with the ability to utilize recruitment software and other digital tools.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating proactiveness and adaptability.
- Understanding of various industries and market dynamics to better cater to client needs.
