About the Team
The LATAM Content Strategy team is responsible for understanding the scenarios of LATAM markets in and off-app to build data-driven guidance for regional and local teams to act in the elevation of TikTok's content ecosystem for our users, creators and partners.
About The Role
This is a critical role that requires a strong collaboration with global teams and other regions to communicate and align strategies around content. This role will work closely with local operations teams to constantly understand pain points, provide insights and adjust strategies to day-to-day realities around content supply and the broader creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Work through in-app and off-app data-based analysis to generate relevant insights to drive strategic decisions and guide operations to grow and strengthen our content ecosystem
- Provide market insights and vision by building demographic analysis with focus on digital users, regional particularities, content consumption habits and opportunities
- Provide guidance over growth needs and opportunities for specific content categories based on in-app demand and supply data and qualitative understanding of our content offer
- Drive creator contribution content and quality growth by understanding account cohorts behaviour, needs and opportunities helping local teams focus on actions the impact creator satisfaction, performance and retention.
- Evaluate past activities ROI for future budget and investment guidance
- Work in collaboration with headquarters data analytics team to build complex analysis for deeper insights focused in growing TikTok's audience and content
- Collaborate with global teams and other regions to communicate and align strategies
- Work closely with local operations teams to constantly understand pain points, provide insights and adjust strategies to day-to-day realities
