monday.com is growing and looking for a Scale Partner Manager for LATAM, based out of our São Paolo office. This role includes managing all relationships and sales efforts with our Authorized and Bronze partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities mainly for strategic business. The Scale Partner Manager is responsible for the constant growth of their partners’ business and teams, and for managing together with them their pipeline and forecasts. The role may also include recruiting new business partners and developing partnerships from scratch.
About The Role
Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key business partners. Gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, goals, and objectives to tailor your approach and drive mutual success.
Growth and Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to new partners in order to accelerate their monday.com practice growth. Autonomously manage a portfolio of 8-10 partners, while focusing on improving their sales skills and implementing monday.com best practices across their entire practice, and organizing impactful co-marketing events.
Consistently meet partner targets. This is a quota-carrying role.
Work closely with the channel teams in your designated region to understand partner recruitment and activation needs
Effectively connect and collaborate with supporting functions (Legal, Enablement, Partnerships GTM Strategy, etc.), and be a pleasure to work with.
Training and Enablement: Provide exceptional training, enablement, and ongoing support to our partners.
Requirements
2+ years SaaS sales experience, business development, or partnership management, edge cases may apply.
English, Portuguese, and Spanish - fluency / bilingual proficiency
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing partner relationships, with a proven track record of driving results.
Experience in working with partners - Big advantage!
Thorough knowledge & proven track record in SaaS sales processes/methodologies, reach out best practices (inbound/outbound), and managing an entire sales cycle from lead to won.
Proven success in taking projects from A to Z
