As the LATAM Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager for Amazon Music, you will craft and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Latin America, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to merge the dynamic world of Amazon Music with the diverse entities of Amazon (e.g.: Prime, Prime Video, Alexa), shaping innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences in Latin America. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across functions, including Music Industry teams, Global Head of Brand & Insights, Creative Studio, Licensing, International, Regional and Executive leadership, and other cross-Amazon teams, as well as external creative, social, and media agencies.

In this role, scalable success requires strong cross-functional collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, mechanisms building, and synergies creation, unifying all aspects of marketing communications surrounding our campaigns. You will have the opportunity to think big, and the role requires that you not only be comfortable with ambiguity but thrive in it.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and interest in Amazon Music across LATAM.
  • Create compelling narratives and documentation that communicate the vision and impact of integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Social, Growth, Music Industry, Global Brand & Insights, Creative Studios, Licensing, PR, and Product.
  • Build and nurture relationships across Amazon's entities (e.g.: Prime, Prime Video, Alexa), crafting and executing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns to create mutual value.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
