Responsabilidades:
- Responsável pela supervisão diária dos agentes de serviço Garantir que as metas e métricas de desempenho do serviço sejam cumpridas;
- Análise de relatórios de indicadores;
- Desenvolver ações para melhoria de indicadores;
- Condução de reuniões de equipe;
