About the Role
As a Technical Product Specialist – Cybersecurity – Brazil, you'll be the face of CloudSEK for our LATAM clients. You'll act as the first point of contact for product-related queries, manage takedown workflows, and co-own client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM-based clients on product usage, queries, and support issues.
Assist clients in understanding and effectively using CloudSEK's threat intelligence platforms.
Manage and coordinate threat takedown requests (phishing, scams, impersonation, etc.) and follow through with relevant stakeholders.
Co-manage customer accounts, ensuring regular engagement, product adoption, and overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, threat research, engineering) to relay feedback and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct onboarding sessions, training calls, and periodic check-ins with clients.
Monitor client usage and proactively identify ways to improve their experience and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or cybersecurity operations
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a bonus)
Solid understanding of cybersecurity basics—phishing, brand abuse, digital risks, etc.
Prior experience in client-facing technical roles (Product Support, Customer Success, Technical AM, etc.)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently drive client outcomes
