You have the ability to manage, develop and grow a set of assigned strategic partners.
You have engaged partners in Brazil, Mexico and the United States
Manage, develop and grow a set of named partners to drive revenue for Citrix. Manages from 2 to 20 channel partners, or a hybrid mix of of partner types or an entire geographic territory either as a field PAM or as in inside based Tele-PAM. Develop partners and strengthen relationships to drive commitment to Citrix products and solutions. Maximizes partner revenue generation by managing all non-opportunity/deal specific activities associated with partner recruitment, partner enablement, partner executive relationships, partner business planning, partner demand generation, rep to rep relationship management, overall partner support, forecasting, deal and program administration. Drives new product adoption, partner demo capability, partner sales and technical learning paths and strengthens overall relationships to drive commitment to Citrix products and solutions.
Leverages territory team of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities for partner training and marketing execution activities.
Provide support, leadership and direction on National partner to PAMs who will own relationships at their regional locations.
Develop strong C-level relationships with managed partners at the HQ level to drive commitment to Citrix products and solutions.
Grow net new partner revenue through joint business, pipeline and forecast planning and execution.
Collaborate closely with Citrix sales teams and leadership on partner business opportunities and escalations.
Pipeline management & forecasting across PAMs of partner-led opportunities and net new partner-sourced business.
Must be available to travel on a regular basis between Brazil, Mexico and South Florida
Must be able to speak English/Portuguese/Spanish
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years.
Leverage Cross-Functional team of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities for partner training and marketing execution activities – Channel Architects, Channel Programs, Channel Marketing.
Establish and build executive relationship and alignment with the Partner corporate and HQ team.
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating Citrix and Partner resources throughout sales cycle.
Grow contribution of Citrix partners, enhancing capabilities required to sell entire Citrix portfolio.
