Job Summary
Supporting the Advertising Sales & Operations team and AdNet+ clients with day-to-day operational tasks, the Advertising Operations Specialist will be focused on delivering excellent service to our sell-side partners, managing a mix of direct and programmatic campaigns.
With in-depth knowledge of ad server management and programmatic platforms, the Advertising Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the advertising campaigns, working closely with our white-label publishers, content partners, Business Development team, and the publisher development team to help meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:
Demand Partners
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for demand partnerships, delivering best-in-class customer service and relationship management.
- Perform regular audits of demand partners, ensuring integration health and identifying any discrepancies or performance gaps across U.S. inventory.
- Manage and maintain demand-side integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and billing, ensuring seamless performance across AdNet+ video inventory.
- Act as a liaison between demand partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, inventory packaging, and monetization strategies.
Campaign management
- Participate in meetings with advertisers and partners to discuss performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate strategy.
- Support the Publisher Development team in client-facing discussions, highlighting ad trafficking best practices, creative specs, and setup processes for campaign delivery and goals.
- Monitor and interpret performance metrics, surfacing actionable insights to maximize campaign delivery and fill across AdNet+ supply.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities for publisher growth and revenue.
We are excited if you have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations with an SSP, DSP, or Publisher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese
- Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)
- Understanding of OTT/CTV environments and their advertising market
- Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB), video advertising terminology (Macros, endpoint requests, ad breaks, CSAI, SSAI, etc)
- The ability to convey technical requirements and ideas to commercially focused people internally and externally
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with third-party technology vendors, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns and Demand Partners simultaneously
- Customer-centric mindset and Account Management experience
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Written and verbal communication in English is highly desired
- Familiarity with IAB advertising standards
- Aptitude for working with new technologies
