About the Role
You will use your business development skills working with a growing base of Partners to fuel the U4B business growth in Brazil.
You will be responsible for acquisition, onboarding and account management of Mid Market merchants as well as lead the strategy for the acquisition and account management through the clear priority with deep data analysis, scalable approach and strong team building.
You will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, legal, compliance, and operations to provide the best service to our customers.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Design acquisition and sales funnel for Mid Market
- Manager a team of Sales representative
- Set best practices for the Sales representative
- Manage Sales team
- At least 5 years of experience of operations management, key account management, sales or business development work in a large business or growing a startup.
- Experience in sales & account management for Mid Market, a proven track record in scaled process
- Previous experience managing sales representatives. Settings procedure, strategies and goals for the team
- Good business understanding and judgment. Comfortable taking care of financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices.
- Empathetic when dealing with people. Able to quickly establish relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.
- Analytics chops: SQL and Google Sheets
- Be a meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses. Have the ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely manner.
- Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.
- English advanced proficiency and Portuguese fluency
- Strong communication skills (UP-leadership & DOWN-sales team)
