Position Overview: As a Virtual Business Development Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth, supporting our business development team to identify opportunities for operational excellence. Your influence will ensure every client interaction is a "Red Carpet" experience, fostering efficiency, collaboration, and alignment with our organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead process improvements by overseeing and refining operational workflows
✨ Develop and implement strategies that elevate our business development initiatives
✨ Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
✨ Collaborate seamlessly across departments—including Virtual Phone, Intake Support, Retentions, and Contract Teams—to resolve operational challenges
✨ Act as a vital link between Business Development and Project Management, introducing innovative ideas that boost efficiency and reduce costs
✨ Participate in regular team meetings, presenting data clearly and consistently to keep everyone aligned
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong communication skills in both languages
✅ 2-3 years of experience leading or influencing teams
✅ Proven expertise in LEAN processes (LSS certification preferred)
✅ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Self-motivated with excellent time management and deadline adherence
✅ High school diploma or equivalent

Rate: $11/hour
Contract Type: This role offers an exciting opportunity to start as a contractor with the potential to transition into a permanent position/employment through our Employer of Record (EOR) program. Enjoy the stability and benefits of a long-term career path!
Work Schedule: Enjoy a well-structured workday from 8 am to 6 pm EST.
