Responsável pela rentabilização, retenção e satisfação dos clientes da carteira através de contato telefônico.
Atividades:
- Rotina de visitas periódicas junto a carteira de clientes;
- Potencializar a satisfação dos clientes com a Ticket Log;
- Responsável pela expansão de novos negócios (serviços e produtos) na carteira;
- Retenção de clientes na carteira;
- Gestão e organização de tarefas na rotina;
- Realizar controles das negociações, fases do funil de vendas e renegociações;
Requisitos:
- Experiência em atendimento e resolução de problemas junto à clientes;
- Ensino Superior em Andamento em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas afins;
- Conhecimento no Pacote Office;
