About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, agile content creator who is deeply tuned into digital platforms. This role is about thinking strategically, moving quickly, and publishing relevant and effective content in real time, not about personal status or visibility.
We’re seeking someone who thoroughly understands how platform algorithms work and has experience in creating content for the corporate world, with a focus on building influence between companies and positioning brands and leadership figures strategically. This person should know how to tailor content for different social media platforms, personas, and contexts, while respecting the language and behavior of each channel. Responsibilities include developing tailored content strategies for each channel, creating an editorial calendar, filming, editing, writing (including titles, descriptions, and captions), organizing and developing podcast strategies, and publishing content with autonomy and creativity.
It’s essential that this person knows how to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize time, enhance output quality, and explore new creative possibilities. Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar is expected.
This position requires fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is considered a strong plus. The role will be essential in strengthening the positioning of our spokespeople across platforms.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.
About the Team
We are a team focused on generating qualified demand for the business. Within this scope, we work on outbound strategies, building authority, producing content, and leading the institutional communication of VTEX in Brazil. We also manage press relations, organize events, lead brand activations, and develop strategic partnerships. We’re responsible for the full communication ecosystem of VTEX in Brazil, from creating content for institutional channels to coordinating events and partner relations.
It’s a dynamic, creative team that is constantly evolving and reinventing itself. We’re always on the lookout for new ideas and innovative ways of working — not just following trends, but creating them. We operate on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify, exploring each through its native language and context.

Who you are
- Based in São Paulo, with availability to work in the office Monday through Thursday (Fridays are remote);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Strong creative instinct: you think in ideas and move quickly to bring them to life;
- Ability to develop platform-specific strategies, considering different goals, formats, and audiences;
- Experience creating native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify;
- End-to-end content production: ideation, filming, editing, copywriting, podcast creation and strategy, and independent publishing;
- Practical knowledge of social media management, including performance tracking and content scheduling;
- Strong aesthetic sense: you can turn a simple idea into something visually engaging;
- Ability to adapt content style for different spokespeople and audience profiles;
- Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar);
- Comfort using AI tools to optimize the creative process.
