What you’ll do:
•Ensure compliance with customer requirements, leading internal and external audits, implementing quality tools, and driving a cultural transformation towards quality excellence and Q5.
•Implement and maintain Autoliv (ALV) quality standards to improve KPIs, with strong focus on TNQC, customer scorecard improvement, and alignment with global best practices.
•Develop and mentor team members, lead cross-department follow-ups, benchmark with other sites, and manage quality projects to ensure consistent performance and sustainable results.
What is required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
•Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. Availability to work in shifts to monitor, support, and train the team as needed.
•Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on cultural transformation, KPI improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
