- Conduct comprehensive profitability analyses for ongoing and proposed projects, including cost assessments;
- Collaborate with project managers and business units to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial analysis;
- Evaluate projects already implemented (PRT);
- Translate business strategies into financial implications, providing recommendations to drive profitability and optimize resource allocation;
- Prepare detailed reports on project performance, highlighting key financial metrics and trends;
- Work closely with PBI, R&D, Marketing, Sales and operations to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives;
- Act as a translator between finance and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance project outcomes;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.
