- Improve the quality of customer data and work with the retail team to ensure best practice in data collection;
- Devise CRM action plans based on data to improve client recruitment, retention and development;
- Generate monthly reports per boutique centred on client metrics and KPI compliance;
- Collect, organize and analyze data to recommend specific actions;
- Coordinate the implementation of action plans based on performance analysis;
- Organizing interdepartmental projects;
- Assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team in achieving the best commercial results, covering training and observation;
- Support E-Commerce to identify customers and patterns to drive better strategies.
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Bechelor's Degree or above;
- Strong analytical skills, experience in producing high-level client analysis is a must;
- Great capacity of leading and organizing multiple projects with great attention to detail;
- Strong business thinking and sensitivity to new trends in the market;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skill, effective and persuasive;
- Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and/or IBM Cognos);
- Desirable knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
