The Role
Executar atividades relacionadas aos serviços, com foco nas atividades de grau de complexidade básico;

Relatar todas as atividades que executar ou acompanhar;
Detectar e relatar desvios na execução de atividades na operação;
Auxiliar no planejamento e controle do fluxo de requisições de serviço e atendimento de demandas operacionais;
Executar rondas, vistorias e inventários nos ambientes de data center, salas técnicas e estoque;
Apoiar na documentação de procedimentos, processos quaisquer outros documentos, dashboards, controles e apresentações relacionados à operação como um todo.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise.
- Perform basic-level service-related tasks in IT and infrastructure environments.
- Provide full-time support and oversight of activities carried out by third parties in Data Center and technical areas, including non-technical tasks.
- Accurately document all activities performed or monitored.
- Identify and report deviations or irregularities in operational procedures.
- Assist in planning and managing service requests and operational demands.
- Conduct routine inspections, rounds, and inventory checks in Data Center, technical rooms, and storage areas. Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including procedures, processes, dashboards, controls, and presentations related to operations.
