Overview
This role is 100% onsite in Rio de Janeiro. English is a must.
As a Microsoft Datacenter IT Operations Manager (ITOM), you will lead and manage a team of managers and individual contributors in charge of logistics, area management, and technicians. You will manage data center site services and logistics across two buildings.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with physical IT infrastructures OR Critical Infrastructure environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience leading a 13+ technical team.
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken form.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Able to work on site 80% of the time in Rio de Janeiro.
Responsibilities
- Empowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter activities.
- Leading and managing a team of high-performing managers and individual contributors and their ongoing talent development.
- Managing and overseeing datacenter site services, logistics, and deployment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and landlords by insuring quality adherence to Microsoft's standards.
- Collaborating and coordinating with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels.
- Analyzing production operations and initiate corrective actions to ensure operational stability.
- Initiate and establish quality standards for the Datacenter teams and manage those initiatives through to completion.
