How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Sr. Leadsupports the implementation of the designed EX programs in LATAM while working on the strategy, development and execution of DEI education programs and initiatives in order to create a diverse environment as well as a high level of diversity, equity and inclusion awareness within the Latin American countries.In addition, the DEI Sr. Lead will work closely with the Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Diversity Council(s), and business and functional areas across LATAM.
Also, this role will assist EX Program Manager with programs that create experiences and support a diverse, inclusive and engaging environment (current programs include but are not limited to MyVoice, Recognition, Onboarding).
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI):
Assess local DEI initiatives, identify best practices, and based on assessment of local needs and capacity, propose the adoption of new programs within target entities.
Support LATAM business resource groups, community members and allies.
Help design and support AL DEI events, communications, and other initiatives that advance AL mission and goals.
Support efforts with LATAM Talent Acquisition CoE to attract and expand inclusive hiring in the Latin American countries.
Support Talent Development CoE and HRBPs to guarantee an inclusive leadership and diverse workforce/talent.
Align and support the women M&P targets with LATAM HRBPs.
Provide DEI training and facilitation of DEI programs.
Leverage and support Group DEI Programs.
Maintain DEI intranet webpage.
Support the DEI Executive Council, DEI Steering Committee, and the BRGs.
Develop and execute highly effective events and programs that communicate the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in collaboration with the Employee Resource Groups and the Executive DEI Council.
Identify strategies to retain diverse talent.
Research market trends and best/leading practices in areas of DEI.
Employee Experience (EX):
In conjunction with the EX Program Manager, support the annual deployment of the myVoice engagement survey in LATAM, supporting data preparation, providing timelines, tools, communications, training, and templates that can be adapted in order to minimize local entity effort, drive efficiencies and standardization
Work closely with EX Program Manager, to support implementation of new programs and champion them in LATAM.
General:
Support CoE lead in developing tools to measure and monitor effectiveness and impact of specific programs and initiatives on DEI and EX programs across LATAM.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Cultivate collaboration on local initiatives.
Ensure alignment of annual objectives to key business needs and objectives.
Support CoE internal initiatives.

Do you have these requirements?
University degree HR/ Business or equivalent.
English and Spanish or Portuguese required.
Minimum 8 years experience with focus in developing and deploying DEI strategy and programs.
Demonstrated experience promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Experience in deploying initiatives focused on improving employee experience.
Experience in driving high visibility programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization, as well as developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and cross cultural skills .
Experience with a global environment is a plus.
Up to 10% travel is required
