In this role, you’ll:

- efine and drive the global AI vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for SAP Globalization Financials, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide innovation goals. A
- rchitect state-of-the-art AI solutions leveraging advanced research in Large Language Models, generative AI, and emerging AI paradigms, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and ethical AI principles. M
- entor and guide junior and mid-level AI developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team. C
- ollaborate closely with executive stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams to define AI solution roadmaps and priorities. E
- stablish and enforce coding, testing, and documentation standards for AI-related development. S
- erve as the top-level AI technical authority, providing strategic guidance, complex problem resolution, and technical arbitration in critical design decisions
What you will bring:

- achelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. 1
- 0+ years of experience in Cloud development, with at least 5 years in a principal, chief, or expert-level AI leadership role. P
- roficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks D
- eep expertise in Large Language Models, generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, multi-modal AI, and AI optimization techniques. P
- roven success in architecting, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions using advanced ML frameworks and cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP). E
- xceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, capable of guiding executive-level decision-making. F
- luency in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset. E
- xperience with RDF Knowledge Graphs is a plus.
