The Team
Eurofins endeavours to develop all of our software applications in-house to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day, the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient, wherever he or she lives, has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis, monitoring and therapeutic decisions. Such activities require extensive planning and organisation which can be augmented by the use of technology.
Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.
Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owner to define and document the requirements for building an access rights management application suitable for the organisation.
- Understand business needs and translate the high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create business process workflows and system designs as per the collected requirements.
- Develop the requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to be used by Scrum team for development.
- Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum team to develop the solution using Agile methodology.
- Use Cucumber or similar tool to document and verify application functionality implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodology.
- Assist in defining test cases and validating developed functionalities to ensure alignment with the approved requirements.
- Ensure the documentation of the developed application is written and accurate.
- Conduct UAT testing to validate implementation of the requirements.
- Analyse existing access control processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure the solution adheres to IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide functional expertise in IAM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Collaborate with Operations team to troubleshoot access management related issues as needed.
- Conduct meetings, training sessions, and workshops for key users to ensure smooth adoption of systems.
- Participate in requirement elicitation and understanding of other solutions within Identity and Access domain.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM.

Qualifications
- BE/ B.Tech /MCA or any other equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in English is a must
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business/ Functional Analyst.
- Experience in UML, Visio, Draw.io to create domain model, activity diagrams to clarify requirements.
- Experience to decompose large functional requirement into independent, granular user stories.
- Experience with functional designs and tools for user journeys.
- Experience with agile development and management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Experience in User Training and delivering Application Demonstrations.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and written materials.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across various business functions, including management, multinational teams within organization, external partners, and business customers.
- Ability to engage in constructive discussions, challenge stakeholders, and drive towards optimal solutions.
- Strong critical thinking abilities with the capacity to question and analyse requests in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop both personally and technically.
