THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a GenAI Growth Marketing Manager to our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo!

Responsible for driving demand generation and continuously optimizing the lead funnel by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Leads the automation of funnel processes to scale the outbound marketing operation and ensure efficiency at every stage. Focused on elevating the performance of the marketing function, eliminating lead stagnation, and increasing the volume of qualified opportunities delivered to the sales team.

YOUR IMPACT

• Leads the execution of AI-powered strategies to optimize the sales funnel, increase qualified lead generation, and convert prospects into opportunities. Plays a key role in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks throughout the funnel by implementing marketing automation and intelligent workflows. 
• Monitors content performance and funnel analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Develops targeted, data-driven inbound marketing campaigns to reach ideal customer segments and drive interest in products and services.
• Aims to transform the marketing function into a scalable, AI-enhanced growth engine and a reference in intelligent automation and tool implementation to deliver consistent value to the sales pipeline.
• Dynamic marketing professional responsible for creating and managing engaging, multi-format content, to support brand and demand generation goals. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure all content aligns with strategic marketing objectives and brand positioning.

WHO YOU ARE

• Lives in São Paulo.
• Availability to go the office when required. 
• Previous experience in AI, Inbound Marketing & digital marketing. 
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also autonomously when necessary.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with implementation of Next Gen tools within Marketing engines e.g. chatbots, AI Agents etc.
• Proficiency in developing business cases and ROI analyses to measure impact and cost-efficiency of new implementations.
• Organized and trusted to deliver key projects within agreed timelines, delivering clear updates along the way. 
• Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Italian and/or German) is a plus.
• Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field is desirable.
