iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated German Payroll Specialist who wants to deliver the German payrolls for a range of international clients to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success. The Payroll Administrator will work closely with experienced German Payroll Specialists to handle German payrolls for a variety of international clients. You’ll be collaborating with iiPay’s in-house German payroll team located across Hungary, Poland, Germany, and the UK to support iiPay’s global client base.
Key objectives of the role
The successful candidate requires an ambition to succeed in the following areas:
Payroll delivery and service level management
Accurately and compliantly process German payrolls for assigned clients, coordinating their requirements and managing the entire process smoothly.
Scheduling and time management
Manage client payrolls according to agreed schedules—communicating directly with clients to meet deadlines. Raise any issues promptly within both client and iiPay teams to ensure we meet or exceed service level agreements.
Operational excellence
Whether working individually or as part of the team, always look for ways to improve systems, processes, and payroll delivery so we can boost efficiency and accuracy on client contracts. Keeping customer satisfaction high is a top priority at iiPay.
Communication
Keep clear, helpful communication flowing between clients, colleagues, and client account managers.
What are we looking for in you?
- No previous payroll experience is required. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn and build a career in payroll.
- Strong English language skills are essential, while knowledge of German would be highly beneficial.
- A good command of Excel, combined with strong organizational skills will help you get up to speed quickly.
- We value candidates who are highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and show a strong commitment to providing great customer service.
- Being well-organized and committed to producing high-quality work is crucial.
- Can demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with clients and can demonstrate assertiveness when required.
