Key responsibilities :
- Review and edit documents, including forms and manuals;
- Interact with other teams to gather information and ensure task completion;
- Provide operational support throughout the purchasing process: quotes, price and deadline negotiations, supplier registration and updates, purchase order issuance, and follow-up (for administrative materials, PPE, catering, and tech items);
- Update weekly procurement control spreadsheets with all relevant data to ensure timely delivery and production flow;
- Maintain the critical and non-critical supplier tracking sheet to support audit processes and service transparency;
- Coordinate services with notary offices and postal providers according to office needs;
- Provide general administrative support and oversee third-party service providers to ensure smooth office operations; Support internal communications by creating and sharing email announcements and visual materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Literature, or related fields);
- Advanced English;
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, collaborative attitude.
