Team Description
We are a multicultural team that supports all Inbound Logistics flows for SumUp in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. We work directly with SAP users, solving incidents and driving process improvements in logistics and inventory. Collaboration and continuous learning keep us moving at a fast, purposeful pace.
What you’ll do
- Respond to user requests on SAP and logistics processes
- Resolve SAP MM incidents related to inbound logistics, inventory, and procure-to-pay
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation for new features.
- Participate in enhancement projects and in local and global initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to roll out and optimize SAP processes across LATAM.
You’ll be great for this role if
- You have junior-level experience with SAP (specially MM module).
- Degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- You have Advanced skills in written and spoken English, enabling smooth collaboration with international teams.
- You are curious, eager to learn continuously, and maintain a positive attitude.
- You can analyze complex problems, juggle multiple tasks, and propose practical solutions.
- You thrive in a team environment, take responsibility, and stay focused on delivering results.
