Job Summary
As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting internal logistics operations within the Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) area, with a strong focus on outbound processes. Your role will involve conducting analyses, leading quality-driven initiatives, and developing projects aimed at optimizing layouts, systems, and equipment for storage, handling, and material movement.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
This position is based in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil.
What you will do
As a Logistics Analyst you will:
- Drive operational logistics activities related to packaging processes within the OFPM scope;
- Standardize outbound logistics practices across Tetra Pak factories, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain Master Pillar strategies and Quality standards;
- Identify and implement improvements through new technologies and supplier partnerships;
- Conduct cost analysis related to logistics operations;
- Coordinate strategic planning and alignment of internal and external warehouse shipments;
- Monitor and analyze finished goods inventory levels;
- Lead projects focused on enhancing internal logistics operations, with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction;
- Oversee the movement and storage of finished goods;
- Develop and track performance indicators for outbound logistics operations;
- Create and deliver training on procedures, documentation standards, work instructions (ITs), and One Point Lessons (OPLs) related to outbound logistics;
- Promote a strong safety culture, striving for zero incidents in the workplace;
- Manage and facilitate logistics-focused training and team initiatives;
- Actively participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillars.
We believe you have
- A university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Solid experience in operational logistics;
- Advanced proficiency in English (Portuguese is mandatory);
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI;
- Desirable: experience with logistics projects and systems;
- Desirable: familiarity with SAP (Materials Management module);
