We are looking for a Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for managing Transportation in Brazil, developing and monitoring KPIs, ensuring a good level of service for Shipments and Customers, in terms of deadlines, costs and quality. Continuously develop and improve procedures and comply with current regulations. Responsibility for after-sales and ensuring correct payment of freight. It is also necessary to act with innovation, sustainability and safety.
1. Management of the Transportation Area;
2. Work with carriers, ensuring the level of service and handling of incidents;
3. Develop new solutions and possibilities for efficiency in transportation;
4. Provide support to the Commercial area regarding delivery deadlines for finished products;
5. Update and act on KPIs, ensuring good levels of cost, deadline and quality;
6. Manage the transportation of raw material collections and maintenance items;
7. Manage payments to carriers and insurance, as well as ensure delivery documentation;
8. Monitor occurrences and claims processes with the insurance company;
9. Make provision for freight for accounting;
10. Organize after-sales to ensure better service;
11. Responsible for ensuring correct information on delivery dates in the system and MTD;
12. Continuously improve safety involving transport activities, inside and outside the plants;
13. Act with an innovative mindset and be up to date with market trends.
14. Have a strong focus on sustainability in transport.
