What you'll do:
- Analyzing Sales and customer service Software KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Assist in activities to drive performance improvement in performance KPIs tracked;
- Building Recurrent Materials to support sales and customer service processes and enhance efficiency;
- Creating and Managing Dashboards to provide real-time insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making;
- Providing support for bug analysis and conducting deep dives to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service analysis roles;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and address customer inquiries effectively;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data analysis and reporting;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.
