OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Product team and support one of the product directors in building our DTC product.
You will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. The ideal candidate is self-driven, curious, has great problem-solving skills and wants to pursue a career in Product Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of proven experience directly working with Product
- Highly organized and self-motivated professional with a keen desire to learn
- Proven experience with project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving skills to accurately identify, analyze, and address relevant issues, ensuring effective solutions
- Hands-on experience with SQL, coupled with the skill to write queries to confirm assumptions and discoveries
- Proven experience with JIRA
- Proven experience in the creation, management and optimization of digital marketing
campaigns

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Understand the needs of our internal and external DTC customers and the business regarding DTC Ads management and Paid Social channels
- Coordinate the efforts of a team of developers to deliver solutions that are valuable and viable
- Help coordinating team ceremonies (kickoffs, refinements, plannings, dailies, etc.)
- Write requirements and collaborate with our design and engineering team to finalize scope of new or updated features
- Collaborate with the product design team on product discovery activities, including user research, prototyping, and testing, ensuring a seamless and user-centric product development approach
- Coordinate product releases and drive activities for product adoption such as training, documentation, and product support for Sales and Customer Success
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, aligning them with organizational goals.
