Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products on the production line
• Operate basic machinery and follow safety and quality procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Support inventory control and material handling
• Report equipment malfunctions or process issues to supervisors
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
• Availability to work in shifts (day/night/rotating, as needed)
