Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products on the production line
- Operate basic machinery and follow safety and quality procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support inventory control and material handling
- Report equipment malfunctions or process issues to supervisors
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
- Availability to work in shifts (day/night/rotating, as needed)
