As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
  • Keeping the relationship with current end users (Banks, State Level Public Sector) as well as distributors and system integrators in this business scope.
  • Seeking out and sourcing new clients by independently identifying, developing, and networking with relevant resources for sales and business development.
  • Driving end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, lead qualification, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, account-based marketing, running simulations and evaluations on client site, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation and account receivables.
  • Scoping go-to-market strategies and supporting pilot efforts for new business initiatives.
  • Becoming an expert in the portfolio of Biometrics products and services to effectively represent HID in the assigned market.
  • Serving as a customer’s advocate and trusted advisor maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and protect the strategic interests of both the company and customer’s sides.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate data on customer accounts and other information on the company databases and systems. Learning and applying the established procedures for Sales cycle and Upper Management reports.

Your Experience and Background include:
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Preferred knowledge in Identity & Security Market like Biometric Authentication, Facial Recognition and software related technologies.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions to public and private sectors in Brazil.
  • Extensive sales experience, preferably in the Critical Infrastructure Market and Public Sector with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Strong relationships with Government decision makers, influencers, and program managers in key target verticals (mentioned above) to become highly familiar with the agency's requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short and long-term tasks and project assignments on time.
  • Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of building strong end-user relationships, with the ability to gather market intelligence to clearly understand customer needs and then advocate solutions that clearly meet or exceed them.
