DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Brazil Hubs team is seeking a data-driven Program Manager to lead scalability and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between central innovation teams and the massive Hubs operation, ensuring efficient implementation of solutions and automated processes. The PM will play a crucial role in identifying and coordinating critical improvements in buyability, managing selection KPIs and FTAC conversion, as well as spearheading the implementation of scalable solutions using AI and automation. Responsibilities will include coordinating solution development with central teams, managing critical KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, developing strategies to reduce vendor attrition, creating efficient monitoring systems, and leading task forces with commercial and operational teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in complex project management, strong analytical orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives, and knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation. Key job responsibilities
Monitor and manage critical KPIs for Hubs (selection growth, buyability rates, FTAC conversion, vendor attrition) and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis;
Act as the main POC between Hubs and central teams for innovation initiatives, helping to shape solutions that can be effectively implemented in Hubs' massive operation;
Lead the implementation of scalable solutions using automation and AI, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful adoption;
Create and maintain efficient monitoring systems and dashboards to track operational health and identify trends;
Develop and implement strategies to reduce vendor attrition and improve overall vendor experience;
Coordinate task forces with commercial teams to address critical operational challenges;
Map and structure operational demands from commercial teams into scalable solutions, working with central teams (FinOps, Retail Experts, etc.);
Report results and evolution to leadership, providing data-driven insights for decision making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
