The Opportunity:
We are searching for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Manager to join our team—a highly motivated and results-driven individual with the drive to find and nurture valuable connections.
This remote role is crucial for our growth, focusing on generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads from the United States market. This position begins with a commission-based structure for the first 6 months, designed to reward top lead generators from day one.
After that period, your base salary will be determined by your results; the stronger your performance, the stronger your compensation. We believe great people deserve great pay, and we structure our packages to reflect that.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business owners and entrepreneurs across the United States who could benefit from Local CEO's services.
- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage and qualify potential leads within the US market.
- Assess lead potential, understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if they are a good fit for Local CEO's solutions.
- Successfully set qualified appointments for our Closers and sales team.
- Efficiently manage, track, and nurture leads within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the US/Brazil pipeline.
- Develop initial rapport and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay informed about local business trends, marketing needs, and competitive landscapes within the US/Brazil to better identify and engage leads.
- Actively participate in personal and professional development activities, including training sessions and team meetings, to enhance skills and market knowledge.
- Manage related administrative tasks to ensure smooth lead flow and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Must be an English speaker with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-2+ years of proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar lead generation role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effective outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A strong interest in understanding the needs of small to medium-sized businesses and how digital marketing can drive their growth.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment initially, with a clear path to a salaried position.
- While serving the US market, this is a remote position and candidates located in Mexico are welcome to apply.
Compensation:
We offer competitive commission-based compensation for the first 6 months, transitioning to a strong base salary plus performance incentives upon successful completion of the initial period. Your hard work and results will be directly rewarded!
