Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by connecting with potential clients, understanding their cleaning needs, and offering tailored service packages. Your primary goal is to grow our client base while building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable cleaning services and packages.
- Present and explain the benefits of our cleaning services, ensuring customers understand value propositions.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to help improve strategies.
- Assisting with calling “After Feedback Call”: One Time customers and Move ins to upsell
- Perform “Welcome calls” to confirm details
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Active communication with the office and cleaners using the company communication platform
- CODA Task follow up and completion
- Uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry (house cleaning experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate service offerings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
