About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team and oversee our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and analytics. This role is remote and open to candidates based in Latin America who are fluent in English and can collaborate effectively with our U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Manage content calendars and publish engaging posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Create and edit visual assets, graphics, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience creating both organic and paid social campaigns.
- Ability to design engaging graphics and basic video edits.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Based in Latin America with availability to work U.S. business hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with B2B brands, preferably in transportation, logistics, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.).
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, remote position.
