This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes
How you will contribute
You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

The Sourcing Specialist supports the development of Spend Area practices for assigned regional Spend Areas, including sourcing strategy execution, and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. Strong relationship management of selected global/regional suppliers and internal stakeholders forms an important part of the responsibilities of this role.
This person works closely with the regional business and global Spend Area teams from Procurement Insights Analytics to facilitate best practice sharing and drive advantaged cost, quality, service, and compliance to the organization.
The role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (primarily location) and will work with Global and Latam M&S Procurement teams for local/regional/global projects and work streams of Insights & Analytics category.

Specific job requirements:
-Windows package, stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
-Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese main language)
-Ideally knowledge of Insights & Analytics, Consumer Research category.
