Your impact
- The main function of the Specialist Distribution Program or Platform Specialist is to help lead the global implementation of dealer performance initiatives and systems, supporting local Distribution teams in making better decisions. The primary responsibility will be to ensure data consistency across all platforms by aligning with stakeholders and defining the right sources and definitions. This role is crucial for maintaining data and information consistency in dealer development.
- Be the expert in the global mapping platform and main go-to person for related queries
- Coordinate with external and internal developers the implementation of the dealer development platforms, mainly at back-end efforts to ensure consistency in data models
- Provide training to key stakeholders in the mapping software and work closely together with the Digital Transformation team to roll it out to dealers globally
- Drive global alignment on KPIs and data models to ensure global reporting across all platforms
Your experience and qualifications
- Provide Description (if Yes): Engineering, business related field, mathematics or any other technical degree
- Experience with GIS systems and knowledge of how database structures work (e.g. SQL)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Tableau reports
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft suite
- Fluent English
- Good communicator and comfortable with presenting to senior leadership and dealers
- Collaborative and proactive team member
- Multicultural mindset, open for new perspectives and global view of projects
