The Fashion Brazil team is looking for a Strategy & Intelligence Specialist, responsible for leading analytical, campaign and creator-related projects that will drive sustainable growth of the category in TikTok Shop. This role will act as the main point of contact for central teams, driving alignment between data insights and execution, and act as category lead for creator-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic POC for internal teams on creator initiatives, hero product growth, advertising performance, campaign efficiency
- Lead data analysis and insights to support category and subcategory development strategies
- Coordinate the execution of monthly campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase GMV and content output (Lives, Videos)
- Monitor, evaluate and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, GMV per dollar spent)
- Track and report on hero product penetration and scalability by subcategory
- Work closely with Creator and Ads teams to match merchant needs with performance drivers
- Partner with Creator teams to develop an active & engaged Fashion creator community for TikTok Shop
