HubSpot Specialist - Part Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven HubSpot Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing technology, data-driven decision-making, and creating seamless workflows that drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to support sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management: Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Automation & Workflows: Build and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention campaigns.
Email Marketing & Campaigns: Design, segment, and launch HubSpot email campaigns with strong attention to personalization and analytics.
Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track lead generation, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
Data Management: Ensure CRM records are accurate, clean, and up to date. Implement processes for data enrichment and deduplication.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, accurate reporting, and unified communication.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on HubSpot best practices, tools, and updates.
Optimization: Continuously analyze HubSpot usage and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and better results.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (certifications a plus).
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels.
Proficiency in setting up workflows, sequences, and automation.
Experience with email campaign management, A/B testing, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have Skills
HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, HubSpot CRM, Email Marketing, Marketing Hub).
Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Salesforce, Slack, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
