Position: Customer Service Data Analyst

Main Activities:
- Review and manage data entry requests to ensure accuracy, using Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other data sources;
- Resolve data discrepancies by communicating with relevant cross-functional teams and collaborating to update information;
- Propose recommendations and implement improvements to existing processes;
- Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy;
Main Responsibilities:
- Upon receiving data requests, take ownership of the task and resolve it within Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinating activities with other departments when necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction;
- Actively participate in relevant meetings to identify ways to improve the service provided to internal and external customers;
Technical Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- High school diploma (completed);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment;
- Experience working with large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis and visualization tools (SAP, Salesforce, other Microsoft Office applications);
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations;
