Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, audience engagement, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and scheduling email campaigns
- Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and graphics.
- Manage and update email lists to improve targeting and segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance email effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
- AI-driven audience segmentation, automated email personalization, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in digital marketing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
