About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This junior-level position will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to support a variety of marketing activities. You will play a key role in researching and engaging potential leads, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to projects that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mining & Research: Identify and profile potential companies and decision-makers (HR and other key contacts) using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing: Assist in planning, creating, and executing targeted email campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- CRM & Automation: Maintain lead databases, manage CRM records, and support marketing automation workflows for lead tracking and engagement
- Data Analytics: Compile and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Product & Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to support marketing strategies.
- Content Support: Assist with content creation for email campaigns, landing pages, and event promotions.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate global events, webinars, and marketing activities to engage prospects and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (an advantage)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to various marketing functions
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (preferred but not required)
